Transmission System
Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD)
The entire program of gravity water transmission for the
District of Mission and the City of Abbotsford, from concept, feasibility,
design and construction was undertaken by Dayton & Knight Ltd.
Part
of the transmission system includes two crossings of the Fraser River of about
1000 m each from the District of Mission to the City of Abbotsford.
