The recent upgrade to 100% secondary treatment of
all flows significantly improves the quality of effluent discharged to the
Fraser River and provides a 45 ML/d (10 MGD) facility designed to operate in
ambient air temperatures which can range from -36oC to +28oC.
The plant is automatically controlled using PLC's and a SCADA system.
