Sean P. Brophy, P.Eng.,
President & CEO
Mr. Brophy
holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and has over 25
years international experience in the water field. He is a
member of the American Waterworks Association (AWWA), the BC
Water and Waste Association (BCWWA), and is a Registered
Professional Engineer in British Columbia and the Yukon.
Sean
specializes in water supply planning and water quality, supply
and treatment. He has designed and managed the construction of
a number of treatment plants in recent years. The plants
include a range of treatment processes, pre-treatment with
sand filtration, pressure filtration, membranes, DAF and rapid
rate filtration. Disinfection facilities include chlorination,
chloramination and UV. He is a published author and has
presented at various conferences, and is currently a member of
the Provincial Environmental Appeal Board.
As President
and CEO, Sean is responsible for focusing the company's
energies and vision in providing value-added engineering
services to our clients.

John W.C. Boyle, P.Eng.,
Vice President Finances Mr. Boyle graduated in 1972 with an
Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of
Paisley, Scotland. He is a registered member of the
Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) and with the Association of
Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
John is a member of the BC Water and Waste Association and the
Water Environment Federation. He presently serves on the
Consulting Engineers of British Columbia's Business Practice
Committee and is a past Board Member of CEBC. He is
currently a Board Member of MMCD. His experience covers
wastewater treatment, water supply, pumping stations, odour
control and outfalls. His portfolio includes overseeing the
finances in Dayton & Knight Ltd. A list of published papers

Jack Lee, P.Eng.,
Vice President Operations Mr. Lee has a B.A.Sc. degree in
Agricultural Engineering from University of British Columbia (UBC)
and a diploma in Engineering Administration from UBC. Jack
is a member of AWWA, AWWARF, BCWWA, MMCD and CEBC. Jack is
currently the Chair of the Municipal Liaison Committee for CEBC
and is on the Board.
Jack is on the AWWA C900/905 PVC Pipe Standards Committee.
Jack is responsible for the operations of the company. He
specializes in water supply and distribution, sanitary sewers,
pipelines, construction contracts, and hydraulic modeling.

Harlan Kelly,
P.E. P.Eng. DEE, Vice President
Technologies Mr. Kelly holds a
B.A.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from UBC and a
M.Eng., Environmental, from UBC. Harlan has extensive
experience in environmental aspects of water resources in
wastewater, stormwater and solid wastes.
For these disciplines, Harlan
provides project management and senior process engineering advice
and guidance. His work includes preplanning, audits, feasibility
studies, pre-design, detailed design, operations troubleshooting,
commissioning, training, contract administration and partnering
projects. |
