John W.C. Boyle, P.Eng.,
President Mr. Boyle graduated in 1972 with an
Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of
Paisley, Scotland. He is a registered member of the
Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) and with the Association of
Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
John is a member of the BC Water and Waste Association and the
Water Environment Federation. He presently serves on the
Consulting Engineers of British Columbia's Business Practice
Committee and is a past Board Member of CEBC. He is
currently a Board Member of MMCD. His experience covers
wastewater treatment, water supply, pumping stations, odour
control and outfalls. His portfolio includes overseeing the
finances in Opus DaytonKnight. A list of published papers
is provided on the company's website.
As President, John is responsible for focusing the company's
energies and vision in providing value-added engineering services to our clients.

Gurjit Sangha, P.Eng.,
Vice President Corporate Mr. Sangha joined Opus DaytonKnight in 1998 and holds a B.SC. in Civil
Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
from Simon Fraser University. Gurjit is a specialist in water management, pump
stations and pipelines, with experience in water and sanitation master planning and
in all aspects of water engineering. He is a Master Municipal Contract Documents
(MMCD) Certified Contract Administrator.
Gurjit is currently Chair of the British Columbia Water and Waste Association Energy
Management Committee, Treasurer for the North American Society for Trenchless Technology
British Columbia (NASTTBC) and Vice Chair of the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia
Municipal Engineering Committee. He has been involved in the investigation and design
of a number of projects including community water supply and sanitation, retail water and
sanitation management studies, water and sewer master plans, institutional engineering studies,
pump stations, pipelines, flood control works and trenchless technologies.

Jack Lee, P.Eng.,
Vice President Operations - Opus DK & Opus International Mr. Lee has a B.A.Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering from University
of British Columbia (UBC) and a diploma in Engineering Administration from UBC. Jack is a
member of AWWA, Water Research Foundation, BCWWA, MMCD and CEBC. Jack is currently the Chair of the
Municipal Liaison Committee for CEBC and is on the Board. Jack is on the
AWWA C900/905 PVC Pipe Standards Committee.
Jack is responsible for the operations of the company. He specializes in water supply
and distribution, sanitary sewers, pipelines, construction contracts, and hydraulic modeling.

Harlan Kelly,
P.E. P.Eng. DEE, Vice
President Technologies Mr. Kelly holds a
B.A.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from UBC and a
M.Eng., Environmental, from UBC. Harlan has extensive
experience in environmental aspects of water resources in
wastewater, stormwater and solid wastes.
For these disciplines, Harlan
provides project management and senior process engineering advice
and guidance. His work includes preplanning, audits, feasibility
studies, pre-design, detailed design, operations troubleshooting,
commissioning, training, contract administration and partnering
projects.

Kelvin Carey, MBA, P.Eng.,
Vice President Municipal Infrastructure & Asset Management Mr. Carey will be leading the Municipal
Infrastructure and Asset Management team at Opus DaytonKnight.
Kelvin has over 30 years of engineering experience with a wide range of municipal-related engineering.
His broad focus integrates asset management principles at all stages in the project cycle.
